Reportingto the Maintenance Supervisor, The MaintenanceAssistant is responsible for assisting with general maintenance duties at AVENS– A Community for Seniors. This can be a Part time or Full time term permanent position.Please indicate when applying if you are looking for Part time or Full time. Dutieswill include general labour and repairs, painting, general landscaping,equipment checks, and preventative maintenance for our Aven Manor, AvenCottages, as well as our independent housing
