The Maintenance Director is responsible for overseeing all custodial staff and managing the maintenance and upkeep of campus buildings and grounds. This role ensures a safe, functional, and well‑maintained environment for students, staff, and visitors, while supporting continuous improvement in facility operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise custodial staff and oversee daily maintenance operations
- Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of all buildings and grounds
- Perform and coordinate basic maintenance work, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs
- Monitor facility conditions and establish maintenance goals and standards
- Assist in evaluating facility performance and implementing corrective actions for ongoing improvements
