Maintenance Dispatcher at Gold Fields

The Mining Department of Tarkwa Gold Mine seeks to employ an experienced and self-motivated individual for the position of Maintenance Dispatcher. The successful applicant will apply acknowledge and experience to capture maintenance and repair data within prescribe guidelines with the view to monitoring and coordinating heavy Mining Equipment (HME) maintenance/engineering systems, processes, and resources to enhance output efficiency for high equipment availability and performance, increased productivity, equipment reliability and operational profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Controlling the load and haul auxiliary equipment such as dozers, grades, water carts, etc. and of all the civil fleet employed within the mining maintenance unit.
