****Maintenance Head Mach****Objective**Responsible for ensuring the correct operation of the company's equipment, machinery and asset systems, as well as continuous improvement by meeting production, quality and cost requirements through the development and implementation of maintenance strategies, preparation of plans and budgets related to the department's activities.
**Main Responsibilities**- Manage corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance activities at the facilities.
- Plan and coordinate the resources needed to ensure the continuity of operations.
