The Opportunity
As a Maintenance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the physical integrity, safety, and high‑quality living experience for residents across the community. You will lead maintenance operations with a strong commitment to customer service, compliance, sustainability, and team development.
What You Will Do:
Team Leadership & Operational Management
- Lead, supervise, and support all maintenance staff, service providers, and contractors.
- Establish expectations and mentor team members through proactive communication and one‑on‑one engagement.
- Manage team performance reviews in consultation with the Property Manager.
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities for efficiency and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation (e.g., Residential Tenancies Act, Fire Code, OHSA, RentSafe TO, WorkSafeBC).
