Role Description
Position Summary
In an environment that supports continuous improvement and under the supervision of the Assistant Chief, Safety & Logistics, this employee assumes overall responsibility for the administration, organization and performance of the maintenance operation of Fire Department buildings and equipment. This employee is responsible for the direction and training of assigned personnel, as well as records, plans, schedules work and order supplies. The work is performed with minimum supervision and is evaluated on the basis of program achievement, results and overall effectiveness.
