Role Description
Enhance your planning skills as a Maintenance Planner with McCain Foods in Carberry, Manitoba. This role focuses on organizing and monitoring maintenance activities to optimize operations and ensure safety.
In this full-time position, you will report to the Maintenance Manager and be responsible for planning maintenance tasks, scheduling work, and ensuring the backlog meets operational needs. You will oversee the maintenance crew’s efficiency while fostering clear communication with plant management and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver complete work packages outlining tasks and requirements
• Maintain an accurate and updated backlog of maintenance jobs
• Communicate status and KPI trends to management
• Review feedback from trades and adjust maintenance plans
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and documentation
Requirements:
• Red Seal Millwright Certification or related experience
• 3 to 5 years in maintenance within food processing
