Maintenance Planner

Responsibilities

• Develop maintenance plans and set maintenance schedules in support of Maintenance and Engineering Teams requirements and available capacity.
• Manage the CMMS with regards to the timely completion of workorders (PPMS, Demand Tasks, etc.), Asset Management, and the scheduling of tasks.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors to perform required services.
• Review all contractor and internal service reports and provide relevant feedback to Plant Operations team. Assist in approval of quotes and recommended services.
• Meet with vendors and procurement team on a regular basis to review contract deliverables.
• Coordinate with client for approval on all planned works.
• Expedite and complete routine past‑due work orders follow up to support the Maintenance schedule.
