In this role, you will contribute your electrical and plumbing skills as well as knowledge of mechanical systems. Collaborating with team members, you will ensure the facility remains safe and efficient for residents. Your experience will guide you in executing various maintenance tasks across the service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct repairs and installations on electrical appliances
• Clear and maintain plumbing works regularly
• Execute preventative maintenance on HVAC and mechanical systems
• Provide snow removal and grounds upkeep when needed
• Assist in training incoming staff on maintenance protocols
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent experience
• Minimum 6 months in a related position within geriatric care
