Role Description
Drive maintenance operations at Domtar’s flagship sawmill in Thunder Bay, Ontario as a Maintenance & Planning Supervisor. Lead teams and optimize production while ensuring safety and compliance standards.
In this full-time permanent role, you will oversee maintenance at the advanced planer mill, supervising personnel and coordinating with external contractors. With 3 to 5 years of relevant leadership experience, you'll apply your technical skills to plan schedules, manage budgets, and implement best practices across maintenance operations.
