Maintenance Supervisor

Description
Supervise and schedule Preventive Maintenance activities.
- Enforce all BRP (LOTO) policies and administer disciplinary measures when necessary.
- Ensure equipment is maintained in good working order.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and provide safety training as needed to ensure a safe work environment.
- Read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams.
- Monitor departmental KPIs focused on continuous improvement.
Knowledge
Knowledge of automated conveyor systems
Hydropneumatic presses
Fluid filling processes
Fuel supply and dispensing systems
Overhead crane systems
Hoists
