We are looking for a hands‑on, organized, and safety‑driven Maintenance Supervisor to support our two manufacturing sites in Hadashville and Oakbank, in Manitoba. In this role, you will lead the maintenance team, ensure equipment reliability, and help keep our peat-based horticultural production operations running smoothly.
Job Summary
- Lead, schedule, and coach the maintenance team
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
