Role Description

Provide landscaping support and light maintenance duties at Oceanside RV Resort. The position requires a full‑time commitment of 40 hours per week with weekend availability and dependable, hard‑working individuals who will receive on‑the‑job training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaping and overall appearance of the property.
• Provide general grounds maintenance: weeding gravel sites, maintaining gardens, controlling garbage and recycling, clearing roads and walkways, lawn cutting, and grass edging.
• Assist the maintenance lead with repair and maintenance of community buildings, equipment, and resort facilities.
• Communicate ongoing with Resort Manager and Maintenance Lead.
