About the Role
We are looking for a hands on Maintenance Technician to support residential and commercial properties in Iqaluit. This role focuses on plumbing repairs, building maintenance, and general troubleshooting, with work performed in a northern environment.
What You’ll Do
- Perform plumbing repairs (fixtures, leaks, drainage, water systems)
- Complete general building maintenance (basic electrical, doors, windows, HVAC support)
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Prepare units for new tenants (repairs, inspections)
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Support winterization and cold weather building maintenance
