Manager Commercial Operations- Packaging (Toronto)

The Manager, Commercial Operations – eCommerce Packaging is responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational execution of the eCommerce packaging business. This includes leadership over estimating, structural design coordination, sourcing, production scheduling, and customer service functions.

This is a highly hands‑on leadership role that sits at the intersection of sales and manufacturing, ensuring customer requirements are delivered efficiently, accurately, and profitably. The role plays a critical part in enabling sales growth, improving operational discipline, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Working closely with the VP & GM, this individual will help drive performance, scalability, and process optimization across the business.
