What You’ll Do

  • Manage an enterprise employee communications portfolio to build understanding, alignment, and engagement across CTC, connecting teams to strategy, priorities, and culture.
  • Lead and develop a small team of communications professionals, building capability and delivering high-quality, integrated employee communications in partnership with internal stakeholders across the enterprise.
  • Partner with executives and cross-functional teams to shape messaging, channel strategy, and change communications that drive clarity, alignment, and adoption.
  • Act as a strategic communications advisor to senior leaders, establishing communications governance (editorial standards, alignment, approvals) to ensure consistency across leaders, functions, and enterprise moments.
