Role Description
- Stand up a centralized performance management engine for Strategic, Critical and Core Suppliers. The supply chain consists of both corporate suppliers (Indirect) and Hotel Supplier (direct)
- Lead efforts to identify and mitigate poor supplier performance
- Build a comprehensive Supplier Scorecard for IHG Suppliers
- Work with the internal IHG teams to coordinate the way performance is reported across IHG
- Lead communications and Change Management efforts relating to supplier performance management
- Enable Procurement teams to monitor supplier performance, utilizing tools and processes developed for Strategic, Critical and Core Suppliers.
- Work with other members of the Enterprise Supplier Management Team to advance the practice of risk & relationship management and 3rd party resilience.
