Manager, Environment, Health, and Safety

Role:The Manager of Environment, Health and Safety will oversee, support, and provide guidance on safety processes across the organization, collaborating with Plant HSE, Plant Managers, HR, and Director of HSE to ensure compliance with regulations and safeguard employee health. They will partner with operations and HR leaders to implement strategies aimed at enhancing safety protocols company-wide, minimizing recordable and lost time injuries. The role involves leading data collection, analysis, and reporting on safety incidents and performance, continuously improving these processes to achieve sustained injury reduction. Additionally, the manager will provide guidance to senior leadership and support Director of HSE and OH&S in other health, safety, and environmental initiatives.
