As Manager, Female Leadership & Innovation Program (FLIP), you will lead the design and delivery of a statewide pre-accelerator program that supports women, including those who do not yet see themselves as founders, to build capability, validate their ideas and progress into entrepreneurship.

Partnering with the University of New England, Charles Sturt University and our philanthropic partner, you will play a key role in delivering a high-impact, government-funded initiative that strengthens participation and outcomes for women across regional and metropolitan NSW.
