Role Description
Position Responsibilities:
- Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and disclosures in compliance with IFRS and/or US GAAP;
- Assist with the coordination of the annual audit and work directly with external auditors;
- Review and check accuracy and completeness of information provided by internal operations and reporting teams;
- Assist in the preparation of the Board reporting package on a quarterly basis and supporting financial analysis as required;
- Strong focus on collaboration and relationships with various internal and external stakeholders;
- Use appropriate judgment in dealing with issues and requests, demonstrating an ability to effectively prioritize work and determine solutions;
- Propose and/or implement procedural changes to improve performance of the team;
- Provide valuable financial analysis and review results for reasonability;
