Job Summary
We are seeking a candidate to manage daily operations, monitor revenues, staff performance, schedules, supervision, training, inventory, health & safety, supplier negotiations, customer service, and complaints handling.
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Fluency in English
- On-site work required (no remote work)
Responsibilities
- Evaluate daily operations
- Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
- Monitor staff performance
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Set staff work schedules
- Supervise staff
- Train staff
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Provide customer service
