About the role

Reporting to the Director, Cost & Productivity, the Manager, FP&A (Contract) is responsible for driving operating expense (OPEX) performance and financial visibility across Element’s US and Canada business. This role partners closely with senior and executive leadership, as well as cross‑functional teams, to deliver actionable financial insights, improve forecasting accuracy, and identify opportunities to optimize cost structure, profitability, and efficiency.
