Position Overview

Reporting to the Director Health Services – Acute Care, the Manager Health Services provides leadership in their assigned area, which may include acute care, transitional care and personal care homes. The role involves collaborating in a matrix structure with other leaders, team members and programs throughout the organization to achieve client, patient and resident experience and outcome goals.

The Manager Health Services is responsible for the implementation and evaluation of regional policies, procedures and guidelines to meet standards, allocation and monitoring of budgeted resources, human resource management, quality improvement, risk mitigation, education, research and the application of lean methodology to achieve efficient and effective processes.
