Job DescriptionYou help implement the operational excellence program in a specific function and/or for cross‐functional continuous improvement (CI) projects.
You are responsible for applying CI tools and techniques for problem solving and performance improvement and help employees improve their CI skills and build self‐sufficiency.What You Will ContributeProvide training on CI tools and techniques to help teams move through CI cycles and coach employees to achieve their targets.Identify process improvement needs with department leads, facilitate sessions, and support execution of newly established improvements.Validate outcome benefits when improvements are completed and support creation of new standards and qualification of members into new working processes.Benchmark internally and externally, ensuring that best practices and new tools are deployed with internal partners.What You Will BringExperience implementing CI processes such as TPM for manufacturing or Lean Six Sigma in ...
