What you'll do

• Guides and directs terminal and/or hangar supervisors in the execution of aircraft maintenance
• Ensures supervisors and crews are dispatched to accomplish the operation's workload
• Oversees terminal and/or hangar supervisors in the implementation of the organization's plans, processes, policies, and procedures
• Collaborates with other managers to accomplish directives and objectives
• Works cross‑departmentally to resolve issues and develop effective relationships and solutions
• Accomplishes current and long‑range goals and objectives in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Reviews and reports on operating results against goals and takes action to correct unsatisfactory results
• Periodically reviews performance data with supervisors to increase their understanding and drive related action items
