Manager, Mental Health and Assisted Living Programs

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a minimum of seven years supervisory experience, preferably in a non-profit setting focused on provision of health and housing services to persons with mental illness.
• Must have a graduate degree in a human services field, such as health/human services/administration.
• Must have a valid BC driver’s license and access to personal vehicle for business related purposes.
• Must have experience with assisted living, licensed and/or accredited programs.
• Experience managing in a unionized setting is an asset
• Experience working in mental health housing and community supports
• Provincial Violence Prevention Program
• Naloxone Training.
• Will need to complete recovery Centred Clinical Systems training.
• Successful clearance of a criminal record check, federal and vulnerable
