This position requires full-time, in-office presence at the Archway Montrose location to support operational needs, team collaboration, and direct engagement with staff and leaders.
The Manager, People & Culture provides operational leadership and strategic support for key human resources functions at Archway Community Services, including labour relations, recruitment and selection, job design and evaluation, performance management, health & safety and organizational change.
