Manager, Provincial Programs

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Manager, Provincial Programs is responsible for the leadership, design, implementation, and ongoing oversight of NLHS/Medavie NL provincial programs within the Operations Division. The role ensures effective delivery and continuous improvement of key portfolios, including Emergency Preparedness, Medical First Response, Public Access Defibrillation, special event coordination, and future provincial initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of provincial programs, including Medical First Response, Public Defibrillator initiatives, and the All Hazards Plan.
• Develop and oversee operational standards, policies, and system-wide initiatives aligned with organizational strategy and partner expectations.
