**The Opportunity**

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a strategic and analytical **Revenue Manager, Ramp Strategy** to support the continued expansion of the **Hyatt Inclusive Collection (HIC) globally** and our growing presence across **Latin America & the Caribbean (LAC)** . In this role, you will play a critical part in establishing pricing, positioning, and revenue strategies that drive optimal performance and position new and transitioning all-inclusive (globally) and Hyatt legacy brands in LAC for success.

You will partner closely with regional and global Revenue, Sales, and Commercial teams to implement comprehensive revenue ramp plans, build forecasting and pricing models, support system readiness, and ensure hotels are commercially prepared for long-term success. Your work will influence early demand generation, competitive readiness, and revenue optimization during the critical pre-opening and post-opening ramp phases.
