Overview
Take the lead in teaching and promoting Singapore Sign Language at The Singapore Association for the Deaf. As a Manager, you’ll drive community impact, curriculum quality, and outreach initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Sign Language instructors
- Manage and update programme curricula and workshops
- Plan outreach projects and community events
- Collaborate on budget preparation and impact reporting
- Support cross-departmental initiatives for wider engagement
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Native fluency in Singapore Sign Language
- Knowledge of the Deaf community is a plus
- Passion for teaching and community empowerment
