About the Role

BDO Canada LLP is seeking a Manager to join our Valuations & Modelling team in Kitchener‑Waterloo. The role focuses on delivering valuation services while developing technical valuation expertise. This is a new position that will support a wide range of client engagements, from start‑ups to large publicly traded corporations.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Valuations: Manage business valuation engagements for financial reporting, tax planning, compliance, and transaction advisory purposes.
• Litigation Support: Lead litigation support engagements including family law matters and commercial disputes.
• Investment Entity Reviews: Support investment entity and investment holding entity reviews in accordance with CBV standards for large enterprise clients and institutional investors.
