Manager, Whiteshell Performance Assurance – CA Posting
BWXT’s Technical Services Group (TSG) manages and conducts high‑consequence operations within government‑owned facilities that require uncompromising discipline. This position supports the BWXT‑led Nuclear Laboratory Partners of Canada (NLPC) contract, overseeing Whiteshell Laboratories (WL) operations for Canadian National Laboratories.
Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a relevant discipline required; an advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
- Understanding of issues management programs including event investigation and resolution, developing SMARTER corrective actions, facilitating efficient management review of root causes and corrective action plans, and evaluating the effectiveness of completed corrective actions.
