ABOUT THE ROLE
- The Senior Sales Manager (Modern Trade) is a member of the Mexico Commercial Team is in charge of retail, regional, price club and convenience store.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead multifunctional teams (sales, Mkt, trade Mkt, Finance, Demand Planning) dedicated to accelerating growth in the modern trade, accountable for P&L of these channels.
Accountable to forecast and deliver sales volumes.
Responsible to develop those plans for year-on-year growth.
- Customer Engagement.
Recognize the strategic agenda with our top customers and collaborate internal & external to drive mutual growth.
- Supervise three National Sales Mangers, providing support and guidance to ensure successful execution of organizational strategies and priorities.
- Collaborate closely with National Sales Managers to achieve the company's strategic objectives and drive sales performance.
