In partnership with the Head of Talent & Culture for North America, you will deliver talent solutions that support the Americas business and strategy in alignment with the global HR strategy. You will serve as the talent management expert for the BU responsible for implementing, designing, or adapting regional and local talent initiatives grounded in global strategy that meet the local business needs.
