Position Summary The Managing Director is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the long‑term sustainability of the synagogue. This position works in close partnership with the Board of Directors, Rabbi, staff, and congregants to ensure the synagogue thrives as a spiritual, cultural, and communal hub.
