Manufacturing CI Leader: Maximize OEE & Lean Excellence

Ferrara is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager for our Reynosa location. This role is vital for improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and driving cost savings through various manufacturing methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma.

The right candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, at least 5 years of continuous improvement experience and a proven track record in leading such projects, ideally in food manufacturing.
