Manufacturing Engineer I

To work in an advisory capacity to manufacturing, engineering, and/or purchasing departments using knowledge of methods and materials in specialized field or general manufacturing in order to optimize safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people.

Production System Deployment:

• Production Process/Standard implementation and improvement execution to drive results aligned to Doosan Bobcat Production System (DBPS)
• Serve as subject‑matter expert (SME) for lean‑based production system; specific modules + system overall
• Encourage planning and execution of Production System through proactive communication with functions
• Lead production system assessments, improvement‑planning and drive results aligned to level goals at site(s)
• Support site and regional production system leadership to achieve results
