Essential Duties and Responsibilities
In charge of design the manufacturing process focus on safety, quality, cost and customer requirements, and development, documentation, implementation, and training of standard operating methods that meet the requirements and customer specifications (SOP's, Standard Work Sheets). Working instructions should be derived from Control Plan, FMEA and Flow Diagram.
Control, design, redesign, and implementation of layout (distribution) of each operation, process or manufacturing cell aimed at optimizing the handling and movement of materials, add value in the use of space and facilitate continuous and synchronized flow materials.
