Role Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for optimizing resources through the study of methods, material flows, processes, tools, machinery, and equipment, focusing on eliminating non‑value‑adding operations to increase product value, reduce waste, and improve operations, achieving quality, delivery, and cost requirements.
- Implement improvements in safety, productivity, and quality through change control procedures.
- Optimize new and current work systems and methods.
- Determine correct tools, machinery, and equipment necessary for the proper and efficient execution of production activities.
- Identify critical points in the process and/or product to implement methods and control systems for defect prevention, defect analysis, root‑cause identification, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions to eliminate problems at source.
