Role Description
Job Description
**Key missions of the position:**
+ Ensure that the Shift output met as per Plan
+ Ensure that Improvement target met as per Plan
+ Ensure Implementation of relevant clause requirements of IRIS/EHS.
**Responsibilities**
**Main responsibilities:**
**Safety & Compliance**
Follow safety procedures and PPE compliance.
Maintain 7S, housekeeping, and safe work environment.
Ensure IRIS / EHS standards compliance.
**Quality Assurance**
Ensure products meet quality specifications.
Coordinate with QA team for inspections and testing.
Investigate rejection, defects, and customer complaints.
**Production Planning & Execution**
Ensure daily production targets are achieved.
Plan manpower, machines, and materials for smooth operations.
Monitor shift-wise production output.
**Process Control**
Supervise mixing, pressing,...
