Role Description
Take ownership of the finance function as a Manufacturing Finance Manager in Saint-Laurent, Quebec. Lead accounting operations and facilitate the transition to a new ERP model on-site.
We are on the lookout for a seasoned Finance Manager to enhance our accounting operations in a growing manufacturing SME. In this permanent, full-time role, you will not only manage daily accounting tasks but also spearhead our ERP implementation project. Your ability to work autonomously in a transforming environment will directly influence our financial success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end accounting functions including all entries and reconciliations
• Rigorously close month-end, ensuring timely financial statements
• Prepare necessary materials for audits and year-end
• Supervise payroll and compliance with regulations
• Maintain compliance calendar and produce regulatory returns
Requirements:
• Significant experience in accounting management within an SME
