Manufacturing It Support Engineer

This is a technical support role inside a manufacturing plant that produces electronic boards (PCBs = printed circuit boards).
The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between production (factory) and IT systems that control the manufacturing process.This is an on-site role (Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon)
Think of this role as: Make sure the factory systems and tools work correctly so production doesn't stop.You will:
~ Support the software used in the factory (MES systems)~→ These systems track what is being produced, steps in the process, quality, etc.
~ Help with PCB manufacturing processes~→ Not necessarily designing electronics, but understanding how boards are built so they can support issues~ Troubleshoot issues in production systems~→ Example: if a machine cannot register a product step, they help fix it~ Work with data (SQL)~→ Check or update information in databases (production data, errors, etc.)~ Handle labeling systems (Bartender)~→ Make sure product labels...
