Role Description
Set production goals and coordinate a plan to achieve them. Ensure production on schedule. Ensure products meet quality standards.
Writing production reports. Analyze production data and optimize efficiency. Guidelines for efficient equipment layout and material flow.
Ensure workers and equipment meet performance and safety requirements. Monitor difficulties in this process and look for opportunities to improve performance. Hire, train and evaluate worker performance.
Assist staff with questions, concerns or comments. Supervise employees and assign tasks to employees. Requirements Bachelors degree in manufacturing, commerce or engineering.
Prior management or production experience preferred. Strong communication and organization skills. Excellent team building and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage members of a cross-functional team. Technical production skills (e.g.
technical drawings, blueprints, CAD/CA...
