Lead and oversee all daily plant operations, ensuring high standards in safety, quality, service, and productivity.
Ensure achievement of production, quality, cost, and delivery objectives through strong follow-up and execution.
Lead, coach, and develop plant teams to build a high-performing and engaged organization.
Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.
Ensure rapid resolution of operational and quality issues while driving preventive and corrective actions.
