**Job Overview**
Supports quality assurance activities within manufacturing, focusing on real-time defect prevention and problem resolution.
**Your main Tasks**
* Ensure customer satisfaction and meet their expectations in terms of quality, certifications, and reactivity within the delivery plan.
* Ensure deployment of quality indicators and targets in manufacturing area.
* Receive and lead 8D meetings to solve customer claim / internal critical issues with the inputs of a multidisciplinary team.
* Achieve IATF 16949 and maintain / ISO 9001 certification audits without NCs.
* Support internal and external audits.
* Lead Scrap improvement action plan.
