Role Description
Join BRP as a Business Analyst focusing on Manufacturing Systems to bridge operational and development teams. Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements to ensure successful deployments and quality deliverables.
This position reports to the Manager of Global Manufacturing Systems. You will gather business requirements, translate them into specifications for IT teams, and document processes. Your role includes user testing, support during deployment, and effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze business requirements from operational teams
• Translate requirements into functional specifications for IT
• Contribute to documentation of processes and user guides
• Participate in user testing and track issues
• Support users during testing and deployment phases
Requirements:
• Degree in business administration, IT, or engineering
• Experience in business analysis within manufacturing or industrial settings
