About the Role
Manufacturing Technology Engineer – Factory Readiness & Automation (Data Centers). Lead and deploy end‑to‑end automation, flexible manufacturing solutions, and standardized processes for the assembly and manufacturing of Air Handling Units (AHU) and Liquid Cooling Units (CDU/LCU).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end automation across mechanical, electrical, controls, and testing processes.
- Ensure factory readiness through layout, line balancing, and cell/line design.
- Drive improvements in FPY, scrap, productivity, and safety.
- Design assembly systems, fixtures, poka‑yokes, and standard work.
- Support assembly of casings, panels, compressors, coils, fans, piping, valves, and pumps.
- Ensure repeatability, leak reduction, ergonomics, and safe handling of heavy modules.
