Part-Time Seasonal Merchandiser – Field Sales Team

In this role, you will support our presence in major retailers, including Home Depot and Rona, by executing merchandising standards and building strong partnerships with store staff and customers. You’ll also help identify inventory opportunities and communicate key insights to the Scotts Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage shoppers by explaining the features and benefits of Scotts products, helping them make confident purchase decisions and increase overall sales.
• Provide our retail partners product knowledge for all Scotts products and bring our brands to life through engaging in-store workshops and events.
• Restock shelves and displays while ensuring products are clean, faced, priced correctly, and merchandised to drive visibility and conversion.
