Market HR Consultant (English, Spanish) (Santiago)

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience.
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in leading large-scale HR initiatives, managing or mitigating risk, and supporting change management, business readiness, communication efforts, and training programs.
• Experience in implementing HR policies and HR compliance projects across multiple EMEA jurisdictions.
• Excellent project management skills and delivery, able to manage multiple, simultaneous priorities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent change management skills.
