Role Description
We are seeking a Marketing Analyst to join our team and drive data-driven insights that optimize marketing performance. This role will focus on tracking KPIs, analyzing campaign effectiveness, managing HubSpot automations, scouting PandaDoc, and conducting quality assurance (QA) testing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-savvy, and skilled in marketing analytics tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Performance Tracking
- Collect and analyze data from marketing campaigns across multiple channels (paid media, organic, social, email, etc.).
- Track key marketing KPIs, including:
- Own full-funnel performance tracking across Marketing, SDR, VAPI, and Direct channels
- Manage budget, spend, management fees, ROAS, and CAC for cost-efficient growth
- Track lead volume, qualification rates, CPL, and cost per qualified lead
